General Return Policy

Except where the European Union right of withdrawal described below applies, we only accept returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For domestic orders, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
For international orders outside the European Union, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For orders not covered by the European Union right of withdrawal, shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.

Where the European Union right of withdrawal does not apply, we do not accept returns or refunds for customer reasons such as: incorrect size, change of mind, or differences in expectations.

Except where the European Union right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer laws apply, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer and your order is delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period begins on the day after you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If one order contains multiple items delivered separately, the withdrawal period begins on the day after the last item is received.

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires.

You may also send us a clear statement of your decision to withdraw through our contact form or by email at info@youaremypoison.com.

Simply returning an item without first clearly informing us of your decision to withdraw may not be sufficient to exercise this right.

Returning the Goods

After notifying us of your decision to withdraw, you must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you notified us. We will provide the applicable return address and return instructions after receiving your request.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us, unless the goods are defective, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed to cover the return cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your proof of shipment until the refund is completed.

Condition of Returned Goods

You may inspect and handle the goods only as reasonably necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, in the same way that you would be permitted to inspect them in a physical store.

You may be responsible for any diminished value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary. Where possible, please return all tags, accessories, and original packaging with the goods.

Refunds for EU Withdrawals

If you validly exercise your right of withdrawal, we will reimburse the applicable payments received from you, including the cost of our least expensive standard delivery method, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

If you selected a delivery method that was more expensive than our least expensive standard delivery option, the additional delivery cost will not be refunded. If you withdraw from only part of an order, the original delivery cost may not be refundable unless required by applicable law.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.

Refunds will be made to the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee by us for receiving the refund.

Exceptions to the EU Right of Withdrawal

The European Union right of withdrawal does not apply to certain products and contracts, including, where applicable:

• goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized;
• goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
• sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery;
• sealed audio, video, or computer software products once unsealed; and
• digital content not supplied on a physical medium once supply has begun with your prior express consent and acknowledgment that you lose your right of withdrawal.

These exceptions apply only where the relevant legal requirements are met. Sale or discounted items are not excluded solely because they were purchased on sale when the European Union statutory right of withdrawal applies.

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have, where the return is permitted under this policy, and place a new order separately.

Other Approved Refunds

For approved refunds that are not made under the European Union right of withdrawal, we will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.
