  • Procedures required on the buyer's side
    Please submit your return or exchange request via email form or chat. If you are returning an item, we will issue a downloadable return label; please hand the item(s) to DHL pickup staff.
  • Conditions for returns and refunds
    Applicable returns/refund reason
    * Different item arrived
    * Broken arrived
    * Missing part of goods
    * Clearly different as description

  • Return period
    Inquiries and requests for returns and refunds are accepted only within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Returned items must be given to DHL collection staff within 7 days of our issuance of the return label.

  • Time for refund to purchaser
    Refunds will be processed within the same day to 5 days. After that, it may take a few days for the information to be reflected to your credit card or PayPal.

We don't accept return with personal reasons. (ex. 'Size changes' 'It doesn't same as imagine' and 'No need anymore'.)
To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If your package/item applies above, Please send us a message to info@youaremypoison.com about it at first. (Attached picture if it needs.)

As soon as we have received your contact, we will take the following actions

Returns and refunds: We will send you a link to download a DHL Express shipping slip. Please download the slip and hand the goods over to DHL's pickup staff. Upon receipt of the goods, we will process your refund.

Refund only: We will refund you the applicable amount. No need to return the defective product.

A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)


If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@youaremypoison.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@youaremypoison.com .


Shipping

A downloadable slip will be issued to return the merchandise. The return address is as follows
