We use mainly Japan Post and DHL Express.

My package is taking a while

Sometimes there can be unexpected delays, especially during holiday seasons. And the customs sometimes hold the package few days to a week for custom clearance. Please ask deliver company if you need more detail of information.

I want to cancel my order

Before ship out: please let us know your cancellation request as soon as possible so that we can process your request.When possible, we will process order cancellations. 
If after shipping: Basically, we do not accept order cancellations after shipping is complete. We don't accept return with personal reasons. (ex. 'Size changes' 'It doesn't same as imagine' and 'No need anymore'.) More details here.

I didn't get a tracking number of my order

Basically, we send a mail of shipping information after ship out. Please ask us if you didn't receive the notification.

Are you a Drop-shipping shop?

No, Our all stocks are in our warehouse. And we will ship everything from Tokyo.

Replacement of damaged goods

For exchanges of defective products or refunds, please contact us via contact form or chat within 7 days after arrival and we will respond as soon as we receive confirmation. The product must be in like-new condition. We would appreciate it if you could provide us with a photo showing the defective part.

Can you ship to my country?

If you do not have a shipping option for your country, please contact us via the contact form or chat and we will set up a shipping option for you if available via DHL Express or Japan Post.
