Ajisen Ramen started in 1968 as a small ramen shop with 7 tsubo (approx. 23 sq. meters) and 8 seats near the main gate of Kumamoto Prefectural Office.

Since then, it has expanded to over 60 stores in Japan and over 600 stores overseas, and the unforgettable fragrant taste of its original Kumamoto ramen tonkotsu soup has garnered many fans not only in Kumamoto but also in the Kanto region.

And now, "Chii-chan," Ajisen Ramen's adorable mascot, is available as a keychain!
