You can check the delivery status of your order by following the steps below:

1. After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
   You can also find your tracking number in your account under the “Order History” page.
   
   *The tracking number is also included in the notification email from us or the shipping carrier (DHL / Japan Post / Sagawa Express).*
